Payment Options
Here is a comprehensive list of payment options available to our customers.
Web Orders
1. Payment by Credit/Debit Card
All transactions involving Credit/Debit cards are handled through WorldPay. WorldPay are a highly respected organisation and are part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, the 5th largest bank in the world. Your payment details are authorised by WorldPay and Cell Pack Solutions Ltd never have sight or knowledge of your credit card details. All major Credit Cards are accepted including; Visa, MasterCard, Delta, JCB, as well as Debit cards such as Switch and Solo.
We have agreed a 5 DAY preauthorization period with Worldpay, this means we do not automatically take payment, it gives us an opportunity to review the order and advise you of availability and delivery should there be a problem. It also allows a short period for you to cancel - although in normal circumstances we do try to ship on the same day. If product is unavailable we would email you and advise of the delay and ask your permission to take payment.
2. Payment by Cheque or Postal Order
We understand that not all customers are comfortable with supplying Credit Card details online, so we provide this second payment option. Simply print your order and send it along with your Cheque or Postal order, payable to Cell Pack Solutions Ltd, to:

In these circumstances, please allow 5 days for cheques to clear.
3, Payment By Paypal
With the explosion in the use of online auction sites such as ebay, the need for effective, cheap and safe methods of payment have never been more important. When ebay aquiered PayPal Inc in 2002, it saw PayPal become one of the most recognised and well used methods of online payment, allowing anyone with an e-mail address to securely send and receive payments online.
IIn order to make payment from ourselves easier, Cell Pack Solutions introduced the option of paying for your goods using your PayPal account. This is for added convinience for those people who have a PayPal account as well as increasing security as it takes away the need to enter card details again across the web.
Telephone Orders
1. Payment by Credit/Debit Card
If you provide us with your Card details when making an order over the Phone, we can verify your order using the ‘Card Holder Not Present’ system. We will only hold your information for the time it takes to process your order. Once this has been completed we will delete it from our computer system.
Our normal working hours are 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
2. Payment on Account
If you are a company and wish to set up an account with us, we have a Credit Account Application form which you need to fill in and send to us; this can be downloaded here 
. If you fill this in and send it to us using the address details below, this will be passed to accounts, details cross-referenced and if everything is fine an account will be set up for you. This process can take time so if you are in a hurry for goods before your application has cleared then payment can initially be made using Credi/Debit card or cheque.
