This is the latest Addition to the Ansmann Range of Consumer and Professional user chargers. This is the new updated version of the Ansmann DIGICHARGER; this new microprocessor controlled Universal charger comes with two charge plates and now can charge AA or AAA NiCd/NiMh batteries as well as Li-Ion digital camera and camcorder batteries.

The base of the charger and one of the charge plates allows you to charger various 3.7V and 7.4V Li-Ion battery packs used in digital cameras, most of the common brands are covered with this charger including: Canon, Casio, Fuji, Hitachi, JVC, Kodak, Konica, Kyocera, Minolta, Nikon, Olympus, Panasonic, Pentax, Polaroid, RCA, Ricoh, Samsung, Sanyo, Sharp, Sony, Thomson and Toshiba. For these packs the charger features reverse polarity protection, IUol end charging voltage detection and an 8 hour safety timer.

The additional charge plate allows you to charge 1-4 AA or AAA NiCd/NiMh cells. Microprocessor controlled charging deliveres faulty cell detection and automatic matching of battery voltage and chemistry as well as end of charge detection using - delta V indication so you can simply insert your batteries and leave them, the charger will do the rest. It also has an 4 hour charge time out to further protect the inserted cells from overcharging.

This charger also comes complete with a 12V adaptor making this charger truly portable.
