This is one of the most popular of the three middle range power supplies from Ansmann, suited for low to medium voltage and low to medium current applications. It is a switch mode regulated power supply which means that the oputput voltage is regulated by the supply itself which means you can be assured the output voltage is at the level selected. It aso means that it can be used worldwide.

This makes is suitable for sensitive applications but care needs to be taken if EMF radiation levels are important. This power supply is also much lighter than a linear power supply.

The housing is rated at IP20, is insulated to 4kV primary and secondary, and has built in short circuit protection.
